Community partnerships
Little Athletics SA
Paizo is proud to partner with Little Athletics SA for the Beyond Barriers Para Pathway Program. This wonderful initiative aims to create an inclusive pathway for young athletes of all abilities to participate in athletics. The program is designed for children aged 6–17 with a physical, intellectual, or hidden disability, providing an entry point to sport. The Beyond Barriers Para Pathway Program is hosted at the SA Athletics Stadium in Mile End, every second Saturday morning. Each session includes a blend of athletic activities, skill development, and community connection, giving young athletes the chance to build confidence while learning foundational movement skills. The program focuses on developing essential athletics-based skills: run, jump and throw, which form the building blocks for broader physical development. Throwing and running frames are available for those who require them!Athletes are supported by coaches experienced in working with children, ensuring activities are adapted and accessible for every athlete. Adding to this support, the program also features Para Ambassadors: current senior para-athletes who take part in coaching sessions, share their experiences, and inspire participants by showing what is possible in para sport. At the heart of the Beyond Barriers Para Pathway Program is a commitment to creating an inclusive, fun, and community-focused environment. Children are not only learning new skills; they’re forming friendships, experiencing achievement, and enjoying the atmosphere of sport without pressure. To find out more, visit the Little Athletics SA website.Seacliff Kindergym
Paizo is proud to partner with Seacliff KinderGym to support inclusive, play-based movement experiences for young children and their families.Grounded in the belief that movement is the gateway to play, our partnership brings together community to create inclusive and supportive environments where all children can participate, explore, and thrive.Explore-Ability Sessions
Our Explore-Ability session offers a small and calm environment for children aged 1 to 5 years who may have sensory challenges, gross motor difficulties, or developmental delays.
Our goal is to nurture relationships through play and provide an experience for families to strengthen their bond with both, their children and other families. These sessions also provide opportunity for your child to make new friends, build on their communication and social skills, and develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
This session is facilitated by a dedicated KinderGym Coach and Angelique Campbell, Paediatric Physiotherapist from Paizo.
If your child has a NDIS plan (self-managed or plan-managed) you may be able to claim for our Explore-Ability session.
Bookings are essential - click here to book! Sessions are held on Wednesday's at 2pm.Abilities embraced · Diversity celebrated · Play enjoyed
